Our Gate to Plate program is the easiest way to enjoy a full steer’s worth of premium American Heritage Beef without needing to store it all at once.
With a Whole Share, you receive monthly curated boxes from your 400 lb whole steer share, delivered steadily over 12 months on a predictable schedule.
This program is ideal for families who want maximum value, consistent supply, and freezer-friendly deliveries without a single large pickup.

What You Receive

  • 30–35 lbs of beef per month
  • A balanced mix of ground beef, roasts, and premium steaks
  • Cuts are flash-frozen and cut to order for peak quality
  • Approximately 1 cubic foot of freezer space per box
  • Beef raised, processed, and handled by American Heritage Beef

How the Program Works

  • This is a 12-month subscription
  • You receive one delivery per month
  • Each box represents a portion of your total whole steer share
  • Monthly deliveries are curated to provide variety and practical use throughout the year

This product represents your first month’s delivery.

Recurring monthly billing continues automatically for the remainder of the 12-month program.


Monthly Delivery Schedule

Gate to Plate deliveries follow a monthly delivery track, separate from weekly store orders.

Choose Your Delivery Track

  • 2nd Thursday of each month
  • 4th Thursday of each month
Your selected delivery track remains consistent for the duration of the program and helps us plan harvest, processing, and delivery.
If you enroll by Tuesday at 9:00 PM, your first delivery is typically scheduled for the next available delivery window, depending on availability. In some cases, your first box may arrive one cycle later to ensure proper preparation.
After signup, our team will reach out to:
  • Confirm your delivery track
  • Welcome you to the program
  • Answer questions and set expectations
